Company Judour Al-Tawsa For Information Technology (referred to below as “Juthor”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates services, dashboards, APIs, integrations and supporting websites (collectively the “Platform”) used by retailers, brands, marketplaces and logistics partners. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain personal information when you visit or interact with the Platform or when Juthor provides services to your business. Juthor is headquartered and primarily operates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where we rely on partner entities or infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia, we take steps to ensure appropriate protections for personal data.
1. The kinds of information we collect
A. Information you provide
When you or your organisation contact us, sign up for a demo, submit support requests, apply for jobs, or use Platform features, we may collect:
- Identity & business details: name, job title, company, business address.
- Contact details: business e-mail, phone number.
- Billing and commercial information: invoicing name and address, tax IDs, order and payment records.
- Operational data: delivery names and addresses, order contents, SKUs and quantities.
- Recruitment data: CVs, education, employment history and references where you apply for a role.
- Free-text inputs: messages, notes, chat transcripts, attachments you upload.
B. Technical & usage data (collected automatically)
When you interact with our sites or APIs we record: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, session timestamps, API logs, error reports and other telemetry that helps us run and improve the Platform.
C. Third-party sources
We may receive data from marketplaces, payment providers, logistics partners, or third-party identity services when you connect those accounts to Juthor or when your business shares customer/order data with us.
2. Why we process personal data (what we use it for)
We use personal data for clear, specific purposes including:
- Operating and improving the Platform (account management, integrations, syncs).
- Handling orders, generating invoices, producing shipping documentation and labels.
- Responding to demos, sales enquiries and support requests.
- Running recruitment and related background checks (when you apply).
- Sending service messages, updates and (where consented) marketing communications.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations (tax, dispute resolution, compliance).
We only process data when we have a lawful basis such as contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or to comply with law.
3. Cookies, trackers and similar technologies
We employ essential cookies required for the Platform to work, and optional analytics/tracking cookies to measure and improve the experience.
4. How long we keep information
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or to satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Standard website interaction data is typically kept up to two years; contract and transaction records may be kept longer where required by law. When retention is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise the data.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that help us run the Platform (cloud hosting, analytics, payments, email, support tools).
- Your business partners (for example, marketplaces, carriers or payment processors) when required to deliver services you requested.
- Legal or regulatory bodies when we are required to by law or to protect our rights.
- Acquirers or advisors in the event of a merger, acquisition or corporate reorganisation.
All third parties acting on our behalf are contractually required to protect personal data and may process it only in accordance with our instructions.
6. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
Platform operations sometimes require storing or processing data outside Saudi Arabia (e.g., cloud providers). When we transfer data cross-border we do so under safeguards that provide an equivalent level of protection (contracts, approved transfer mechanisms or other appropriate measures).
7. Your rights and choices
Where applicable under local law you can:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing (subject to legal exceptions).
- Withdraw consent for marketing or cookie choices.
- Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise rights, contact us at help@juthor.sa. We may ask for identity verification before fulfilling requests.
8. Automated decision-making and profiling
We may use automated tools or models for operational tasks (e.g., routing, basic scoring for fraud detection). We do not rely on automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review unless you have explicitly consented where required by law. You can request information about automated logic where relevant.
9. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are reasonable in the circumstances to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or unauthorised disclosure. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a data breach affecting you, contact us immediately at help@juthor.sa.
11. Marketplace connections (Amazon, others)
If you connect marketplace accounts (for example Amazon) to Juthor, we may access order and buyer details as needed to generate labels, invoices and fulfilment documents. Such access is limited to the specific data necessary for transaction processing and is governed by the marketplace’s API policies and our contractual obligations.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice occasionally to reflect product changes, legal updates or operational improvements. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Platform and the revised notice will state the new effective date.
